Fest - Refund Policy
No Refunds -
This is a rain or shine event.
As with all major events, once you buy your
ticket, it is yours to keep. We have found
from past experience that the transaction
cost and valuable time of our volunteer
staff make it impossible to continue to
process refunds.
Here are your options
1. You may send your Paypal confirmation
sheet with a friend to pick up your packet
at the rally or...
2. Transfer the registration to a friend by
sending us an e-mail request to: elihinojosa@sbcglobal.net
with the friends information (no phone
calls).
3. After the rally, return your Paypal
confirmation sheet with $5 per packet to:
MVR/BNB P.O. Box 530823 Harlingen, Texas
78553 and we will send your packet.
